A second announcement was issued on Friday 04 September 2026 providing background information on the listing optimization process, its rationale and the use and application of an Odd-lot Offer. A further detailed announcement was published on SENS on Friday 23 October 2026, confirming the Company’s decision to implement an Odd-lot Offer of its ZCCM-IH Shares in accordance with the timelines contained in the announcement and on the terms and conditions set out in that announcement and this Circular.
